I tried to find this out and no one in Madison County knows so I sent an email to The Secretary of State's office.

I am considering a run for office and have a question.
Question: If I run as an independent it is my understanding that I need 3% of the number of votes cast in the last Governor's election. How many votes were cast in State House District 20?
